Visit Nanhai Temple (南海禅寺) in Runan

During my vacation in Runan, I specifically went to visit Nanhai Temple, which is the most famous place in Runan, also one of the largest Temple in China.

This is the entrance of Nanhai Temple.

After entering inside, you will immediately see the beautiful scenario of this temple.

“以戒为师” remind people to keep away bad desire, such as greedy, lazy, addict, etc.

And then we will walk through “Collaboration Gate” (合作门), reminding us to learn to collaborate with each other.

Next is “Da Xiong Bao Dian” (大雄宝殿), the largest hall in the temple for serving Buddha.

The next three big halls in the temple are serving Guanyin (观音菩萨), Puxian (普贤菩萨), and Wenshu (文殊菩萨) respectively.

In front of “圆通宝殿” hall, you can see some believers are praying before Guanyin (观音菩萨).

The below are two beautiful halls and some beautiful scenaries.

In the end, before you leave, you will pass through “回头是岸” gate, which remind people to stop what sins you have did and what U will do, so Buddha will forgive U and protect U.

In my opinion, temple or church is the ideal business model for enterprises, many of them lasted hundreds of years. Safety is mankind eternal requirement, and temple is the place where u can find peace, and Buddha provide you safety not only in your current life, but also your future life if you pray sincerely.

I heard that in Japan, the generations of a family has dedicated to repair a nearby temple, the business lasted for a thousand years.

A good business should be like this, always meet an eternal requirement of mankind, and no other business can easily replace. People come because of their belief. Or have a strong partnership with this kind of business, grow and survive thousands of years together with them.

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research on this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more clear from this post. I am very glad to see such wonderful info being shared freely out there.
